Well I'm back from great 4 days in New Orleans at the PartnerCon conference sponsored by Pictage. Had a wonderful time. Learned a lot and met a bunch of interesting photographers. This was probably the best photography conference I have ever attended. I'm still on a high. Didn't want to leave. I admit it will take some time to digest everything I learned and all the new technology and ideas I was exposed too. But that will be fun too. Learning aside, I had so much fun in the workshops and the impromptu guerrilla photoshoots in the French Quarter at night...one that ended up in a graveyard at 4 am. (Full disclosure: I didn't make it to the graveyard...I petered out at 12:30am after shooting the models on a pool table at Molly's Irish pub. The body must rest at some point.)
So looking forward to PartnerCon 2011. Rumors have it in Savannah!
